ALLIES SME Strategy – Ideas that Work
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of the Canadian economy. To date, most successful initiatives that enable skilled immigrants to access suitable employment have been focused within large organizations with HR departments and policies. SMEs represent uncharted territory.
