Hamlin Grange

Hamlin Grange is a Member of the Order of Canada for his pioneering work in equity, diversity and inclusion. He has been a diversity and inclusion strategist and President and Co-Founder of DiversiPro for nearly 25 years.  Hamlin speaks eloquently and passionately about the power of diversity, intercultural competence and the benefits of creating inclusive and anti-racist workplaces that value the perspectives and life experiences of everyone. He argues convincingly about the importance of running EDI on “all six cylinders.” Hamlin is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), a powerful tool that assesses the level of individual and team awareness and sensitivity towards cultural differences and commonalities.
