Rosalyn Wallace

Rosalyn Wallace is Legal Counsel – Real Estate at global automotive supplier Magna International Inc. Rosalyn works as a part of the real estate group that is responsible for the coordination of a portfolio of over 600 owned and leased properties worldwide. Prior to that, Rosalyn was a partner in the commercial real estate group at McMillan LLP. Her practice covered all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposition of all types of real property, secured lending and leasing. Rosalyn has a particular interest in commercial leasing and has acted for both landlords and tenants of office, industrial, mixed use and retail developments. Rosalyn has also presented papers and been a speaker at continuing education and professional conferences for the Ontario Bar Association, Federated Press and other continuing education service providers on commercial leasing and other transactional matters.
