Xavier is an entrepreneur and the Programs Manager at the CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals. With over 10 years of experience working in Toronto’s priority and neighbourhood improvement areas, Xavier has created sustainable opportunities for youth facing multiple barriers.
Xavier seeks to bridge the gap between business and society, people and profit. He was formally trained in Business Administration, Commerce and Management. Through his entrepreneurial endeavoeurs with Triple Balance Community Services, Canada Elite Basketball Association and Canadian Youth Basketball League, Xavier has worked with his founding members, corporations and youth to create opportunities that have impacted the lives of many youth and their families in Toronto.
