Community-Based Poverty Reduction: The Québec Experience

This set of papers on community-based poverty reduction in Quebec was prepared by William Ninacs and his colleagues at the Coopérative de consultation en développement La Clé. These papers link to the Vibrant Communities project which seeks to promote learning within and between communities on local solutions to reduce poverty. The Quebec participants in the project had identified the need for greater understanding and sharing of the innovative work currently under way in Quebec. This work was carried out with the support of the Social Partnerships Development Program at Human Resources Development Canada.
