Memo #2 to Hamilton: From Sidelines to Centre Field

The Caledon Institute has been asked by the Community Services Department of the City of Hamilton to write a social inclusion vision for its role as co-host of the 2015 Pan-Am and ParaPan Games.  Part of the City’s goal is to raise community awareness about the meaning of social inclusion.  Rather than preparing an internal document for the City alone, Caledon also proposed to write a series of blogs for posting to a special Games website.  These blogs are intended for the general public and are numbered to reflect the fact that they seek to build a coherent story about the concept of social inclusion.
