Published on 19/09/2012

This op ed first published in the Montreal Gazette shows that Quebec’s ‘taking over’ Employment Insurance would cost the province about a half to three-quarters of a billion dollars a year, as well as imperilling Quebec’s credit rating and likely raising interest rates on its public debt.
