The Quality of Life CHALLENGE: Phase Two

Vibrant Communities convener organizations prepare a ‘framework for change’ upon which they can build their poverty reduction efforts.  The Quality of Life CHALLENGE completed its first framework in 2005 and is now two years into a second phase of operations.  As members completed a period of transition, they undertook to review whether their original ideas of how to effect poverty reduction held true or needed adjustment.
