Bill Sinclair

Bill Sinclair is a Toronto social worker with 36 years’ experience in the non-profit sector. He has been with The Neighbourhood Group Community Services for the past 26 years and the CEO for the past five. Bill is focused on poverty reduction in both services and advocacy with experience in homecare, childcare, employment services, newcomer services, homeless services, and more. He champions new organizational relationships such as mergers, networks, paid peer employment, and trusteeing resident-led initiatives. He is the founder of Toronto Drop-in Network and Toronto South West Local Immigration Partnership.
