Community Snapshot: Hamilton’s Best Start Network
Published on 12/10/2007
Hamilton’s Best Start Network provides an arena for high-level discussions about early learning and for sharing resources and decision-making among its 50 members. Since its formation in 2005, the network has helped create 1,100 new child care spaces and opened seven new Ontario Early Years Centres. But its most significant achievement is greater community awareness of the importance of the early years.
