Vibrant Communities Edmonton’s Make Tax Time Pay Campaign

As part of its goal of helping families to achieve economic success, Vibrant Communities Edmonton (VCE) has launched the Make Tax Time Pay campaign.  Working in collaboration with the Canada Revenue Agency and other community partners, VCE is helping low-wage workers to access a range of benefits, subsidies and tax credits this tax season.  This story describes the project’s genesis, operation and expected outcomes.

This is the ninth in a series of community stories which highlights the efforts of local partners involved in Vibrant Communities – a pan-Canadian project that seeks local solutions to reduce poverty and build more caring communities.
