Blair Dimock
Vice-President, Partnerships and Measurement, Ontario Trillium Foundation

Blair Dimock leads the strategic planning, performance measurement, and strategic partnership functions at the Ontario Trillium Foundation. Blair’s responsibilities include overseeing the Foundation’s investments in data-driven and evidence-based research and evaluation activities, the design and delivery of bespoke granting programs such as the Youth Opportunities Fund, and strategic partnership projects delivered in collaboration with government, corporate and philanthropic partners.
Blair joined OTF in 2006 as Director of Research, Evaluation and Knowledge Management. Prior to joining the Foundation, Blair was Director of Strategic Planning and Research at TVOntario, served as Research and Partnership Coordinator with the Ontario Premier’s Council; and lectured in International Politics at Trent University and the University of Toronto.
Blair has served on numerous advisory committees including with CPA Canada, the Toronto Foundation, Community Foundations Canada, the Mowat Centre for Policy Innovation, Carleton University and the Centre for Effective Philanthropy.
Blair has been an active community volunteer with the East York Hockey Association, the East York Soccer Association, Evergreen Brickworks and the Black Creek Community Farm.
